What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces per style. For custom sublimation uniforms the minimum is typically 10 12 pieces per design. If you need a smaller quantity for a trial or sample, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Standard production turnaround is 15–20 working days after sample approval. For large orders (1,000+ pieces) or complex customisation, lead time may extend to 25–30 days. We will confirm the exact timeline in your quote.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes we always recommend ordering a physical sample before committing to bulk production. Sample cost and production time will be included in your quote. Sample fees are typically credited against your bulk order.
Can I provide my own design or artwork?
Absolutely. You can send us design files in AI, PDF, PSD, or high-resolution PNG format. If you don’t have a design ready, our in-house team can create one based on your brief at no extra charge for bulk orders
Do you offer private label / white label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture for retail brands, distributors, and private label buyers worldwide. We can apply your own branding woven labels, neck tags, hang tags, and custom packaging exactly to your specifications. No Zarabi Sports branding appears on private label orders unless requested.
